Graffiti vandal, Michael J. Atkinson who vandalized property by marking it with “WHO”, pled guilty in Criminal Court this morning.
- The police obtained 23 warrants;
- Mr. Atkinson pled guilty to 13 warrants;
- Ten of the charges were dismissed;
- Mr. Atkinson will serve 10 days of jail time on weekends;
- He received a sentence that also included 36 months of suspended jail time (suspended for 3 years);
- He must perform 1000 hours of community service to be completed at DPW (most likely removing graffiti);
- Restitution in the amount of $3,850 payable to private property owners, the City of Richmond, and VCU; and
- The judge banned him from City Parks.
